I LOVE TO SKI!
It doesn't get any better than Colorado mountains, skiing with my husband, sun shining, in the midst of God's beautiful creation. Being in the mountains is one of the times I feel closest to God. I am reminded of His greatness. There's also something about being away from television, the internet, my cell phone, and even time off work that helps direct my attention to God. I am grateful for these opportunites and should seek them more often. I guess you could say that is one of my resolutions for this year...to seek God more in His Word and in His Creation.

Grant and I have a new nephew! He's just precious. I think new life is so awesome and it's so cool to see how his brother and wife have already been changed. I'm glad they live close so I can go down and see them OFTEN. Babies are one of my favorite things. I can't wait to someday have our own.

I went to my first NFL game yesterday. Kansas City Chiefs vs San Diego Chargers. It was awesome! The weather was perfect...cold and cloudy. The excitement of the fans is what made it so much fun. Plus the Chiefs won! And to top off my weekend, I'm pulling into the #1 spot on my Fantasy Football league. Jayson, you're going down...just face it.
